Do I need to be home during maintenance?

Is there a long-term contract?

No. We will schedule a day and time with you and discuss the most convenient way for us to enter the home.

No. You can cancel anytime via our online contact page. However, in order to receive the membership pricing, we will need to have performed at least two maintenance visits or a cancellation fee equal to one quarterly visit will be applied.

What if I need to reschedule?

Are replacement filters included?

Just give us a call or send us a message with your preferred date and time. We will always confirm before each maintenance visit.

Yes, standard pleated 1-inch HVAC filters are fully included for each visit.

What if a repair is needed?

Repairs

If we discover something that needs to be repaired we will show you in our report and recommend tradesmen from our partner program. But of course you can hire whomever you want for the repair.
